Changing The Way You Think About Work

I've been involved with a cool group of people who want to help people rethink the entire concept of work. We're calling it Emotus Operandi and it's based on a simple concept: when you love what you do, work becomes like play (sometimes called a "peak experience"). The trick is figuring out how to maximize your fun with just enough structure and reinforcement to accomplish your goals, and that's where EO comes in.

Emotus Operandi is offering an exciting new process to help people like you make a difference and accomplish something big.

The Jump Start Session helps you build on the best of your experience, clarify your goals, and make a concrete action plan for the next three months. Then we follow up to support you in actually doing what you set out to.

Qualifications:
  • Desire to make real progress in the next three months on an important goal or project
  • Must work independently or in a small work team and see your work as more than just a pay check
  • Willingness to make a commitment to follow through
  • Ability to attend follow-up check-in sessions twice a month for 3 months
  • Ability to attend a focus group following the first trimester to debrief on your experiences

Benefits:
  • Be on the ground floor of a ground breaking new process
  • Develop greater clarity of vision
  • Build strong social support for accomplishing your goals
  • Network with other trailblazers without all that painful “networking”
  • Learn efficient ways to get things done
  • Help perfect the process to match the needs of other people like you
The next jump start session is Thursday March 18 from 10am-4pm at the Canadian Centre for Peace 1825 16th Ave. Vancouver. Register via Meet-Up and let me know if you decide to go.
